I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I work with youth, adolescents, and adults and provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. While I work with a variety of individuals, I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, trauma, relationship concerns, sexuality, personal development, life transitions, stress management, and mindfulness-based practices (Yoga Therapy and Meditation).
